When can I rent a unit?

Customers can rent a unit during our office hours.  Our office hours are M-F 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturdays 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Our office is closed on Sundays. Stop by our office during our open hours to manage your account, rent a unit, or make a payment.

Do I need to bring a lock?

No. We have locks available for purchase at our office. These are the best locks in the industry and will keep your unit secure.

Do you offer rental insurance for the items I am storing?

Yes, we offer coverage for your items through SafeStor Tenant Insurance. For a small fee each month you can purchase $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 worth of coverage. There is NO deductible and your items are covered at replacement value. We highly recommend this protection for your items you are storing.


How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

We do not require a notice before moving out, just remove all your items, remove your lock, and close the door. We would greatly appreciate you calling our office and letting us know within 24 hours after moving out.

When do I have access to my unit?

Access to your unit is available 24/7.

How can I pay my bill?

Enroll in Automatic Payment and your credit card will be charged each month for your payment. This is the most popular method and assures your payment will be made hassle free!

Payments are accepted by credit card over the phone and in person.
